Baked-Inspired
The South in a Scoop. Banana Pudding starts with banana cream ice cream, made from ripened bananas blended right into the base. Then we layer in loads of vanilla wafers. Each spoonful is a soft-serve version of grandma’s trifle, minus the dishwashing.
Ripened bananas and natural extracts are blended into the base for natural flavor and creaminess. Vanilla wafers are blended into the base along with being layered in while churned.

Baked-Inspired
Butter Pecan Pie Crumble churns a golden brown sugar base with house-baked pecan pie clusters in every scoop. Like pie, but colder.
Butter is melted and blended into our brown sugar ice cream base, giving a rich, creamy texture and flavor. The base is churned and our housemade pecan pie crumble is tossed in.

Chocolate Fudge is bold, rich, and unapologetically dark—made for those who treat chocolate as a lifestyle, not a flavor.
A blend of Dutch cocoa powder, brown sugar, and other select ingredients come together to form a smooth chocolate base. It's then slow-churned to achieve a creamy, rich texture that's indulgent without being overly sweet.

Chocolate Milk & Cookies swirls a creamy cocoa base with chocolate sandwich cookies. Double the cookie, double the chaos.
Bittersweet chocolate and cocoa powder are added into our sweet cream base for a smooth, creamy milk chocolate base. Chocolate sandwich cookies are blended into the base while more chocolate sandwich cookies are crushed and folded in before freezing.

Death by Chocolate is a dark chocolate base swirled with fudge, brownie bites, and chocolate shards. Rich, dense, layered—and absolutely unapologetic.
We churn a dark chocolate base with premium Cacao Barry cocoa and Guittard chocolate for bold, balanced richness. Slow-cooked fudge ribbons bring the gooey drama, while fresh-baked brownies add chewy texture. Finally, chopped Guittard chocolate delivers that satisfying snap in every bite—a masterpiece of chocolate on chocolate on chocolate.

Double the Dough mixes brown sugar and double chocolate chip cookie doughs into a buttery base. It’s like spoon-licking, times two.
We make two cookie doughs in-house: a classic chocolate chip and a rich double chocolate chip. We blend the classic cookie dough into our base which creates a buttery brown sugar base. While freezing, double chocolate chip dough is tossed in-evoking the flavor of licking the mixing bowl.

Ooey Gooey swirls a cream cheese base with chunks of housemade butter cake. It’s sticky, chewy, and dangerously craveable.
A cream cheese base is folded with chunks of sticky, chewy house-baked butter cake. The cake is inspired by the classic St. Louis dessert and is baked fresh before every batch.

Peppermint Pattie blends bold mint cream with house made peppermint patties. Cool, rich, and refreshingly grown-up.
A cool peppermint base is churned until creamy, dark chocolate is added in to create a bitter-sweet chip. Peppermint patties are folded in while churning to deliver the flavor and crunch of a classic peppermint pattie

Snap Mallow Pop swirls a vanilla marshmallow base with crispy rice clusters. Chewy, crackly, toasty—like a treat you scoop.
We build this flavor on a marshmallow-forward base, blending our signature dairy mix with marshmallow extract and marshmallow compound to create a sweet, fluffy vanilla profile with subtle caramelized sugar notes. Separately, we make buttery rice krispie clusters by folding crisped rice cereal into a warm mixture of butter and syrup, then letting it set before breaking it into craggy, golden pieces. Once the base is churned until thick and silky, we fold in the clusters so every scoop delivers crunch against creamy marshmallow sweetness.

Sweet Cream & Cookies blends a buttery cream base with crunchy chocolate cookies. Like dunking a cookie in milk—only scoopable.
Chocolate sandwich cookies are blended into our sweet cream base before frozen. More chocolate sandwich cookies are crushed and folded in right before freezing.

Underneath the Mango Tree blends Alphonso mangoes into a creamy, dairy-free scoop. Pure tropical sunshine, frozen and spoonable.
We use mango purée from Purée Arete, made from Alphonso mangoes grown in India—widely considered the “king of mangoes.” The purée is blended with water and natural stabilizers for a refreshing, dairy-free fruit flavor.
