When you plan your party at Ample Hills, you get your own reserved area of our shop in Brooklyn to celebrate, you get 24 flavors of ice cream that are sure to please even the pickiest eaters, and of course... you get the bike.

There's only one thing more fun than riding a bike, and that's knowing that there's ice cream waiting for you at the end of the ride. The only one of its kind, this cream-churning bicycle was built exclusively for Ample Hills, and it's yours when you plan your party with us. We add the ingredients, you add the pedaling power, and poof!-Ice cream magic.

Party Details

  • Private space - exclusive use of the shop area inside and outside in the morning before opening.
  • Fresh waffles & ice cream - hot, fresh waffles & ice cream made in the kitchen.
  • Sundae bar - choose your own toppings, including sprinkles, crumbled oreos, gummy bears and whipped cream.
  • Ice cream bicycle - ride on our one of a kind ice cream bike, choose any flavor to make, watch and learn the process of making ice cream, all powered by you!
  • Craft project - guests decorate a custom placemat (all materials provided), complete with personalized photos, which are laminated on the spot to take home as a fun party favor.
  • 20 participants - ice cream, waffles and craft project for up to 20 people included in the fee. Additional guests can be added for an extra charge.
  • Adult parties - we welcome big kids too. We can host parties after 11:30pm.
  • Smaller parties - for groups of 10 and under we can accommodate you during store hours in the back half of the shop.
